Phase I:

• A new parking structure (two stories in Phase One);
• A new Emergency Department;
• A new comprehensive cancer treatment center;
• Renovation of the main entrance and lobby;
• Infrastructure improvements focused on flood mitigation.  
  

High Level Basic Estimated Timeline:

• Parking structure construction

• Began March 5, 2012
• Estimated completion is approximately August, 2012  

 Summer/Fall, 2012

• Break ground for the Emergency Department and cancer center

• Start approximately August, 2012
• 12 to 18 months of construction
