Support Groups

As an advocate for a healthy community, we offer a variety of support groups. These often aid in the early diagnosis or prevention of conditions by screening and educating the public through community outreach.

Stroke Survivor and Caregivers Support Group

• What: This program is full of information and assistance regarding recovery education for patients and their families.
• When: First Tuesday of each month, 6:00 p.m.

• What: This monthly support group is for individuals who have experienced heart disease.
