We are responsible for scheduling, pre-registering and registering patients, verifying insurance data, providing financial counseling, estimating charges and collecting patient co-pays, deductibles and coinsurance at the time of service. Pre-admissions is your first stop to accessing Cheyenne Regional services. Our goal is to ensure superior customer service while making sure we have gathered all the correct information regarding your needs and billing information.
Pre-registering for your Service
Admissions is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You may also call our pre-admissions line at (307) 633-7630. If no one is available, you may leave your name, daytime phone number, date of birth and upcoming test to be performed, and a representative will return your call.
To pre-register for services, please download the following form and fax it to our Pre-admissions Private Fax Line at (307) 432-3100, or fill out our form online. Please also bring your insurance card and photo ID with you at the time of service.
