Please contact Patient Financial Services by calling (307) 638-3008 or (888) 400-5736 to discuss payment options or any other questions regarding Cheyenne Regional Medical Center's payment policies. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, your insurance carrier will be billed directly.
Please understand that the "self-pay" portion of your bill (the amount of your hospitalization not covered by your insurance) will be requested at the time you leave the hospital.
For patients not covered under an insurance plan, a Patient Account representative will contact you during your hospitalization to assist in making financial arrangements.
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- After hours and weekends, payments can be made at the Patient Access stations.
Charity Care (Financial Assistance) Program
As part of our mission, we offer a Charity Care program, which is designed to help individuals who cannot afford the healthcare they need. Patients who cannot pay for all or a portion of their medical treatment may apply for help by completing a Charity Care application. (Click on the appropriate language version below to print a copy of the forms you will need to fill out and drop the form off at the Cashier or any admission booth at the main hospital, located at 214 East 23rd Street, or you may mail the completed forms to:
