Pediatric Services

Our primary physicians along with our pediatric hospitalists are available around the clock to coordinate the care for infants, children and adolescents admitted to the pediatric unit.

Giving families the information and support they need can make a stressful time a little easier. Our Pediatric Unit recognizes the importance of having a parent stay with their child during hospitalization. Accommodations for the parent include rooming with their child and snacks along with "kid-friendly" meals.

Our unit provides a friendly atmosphere where the patient can still enjoy the experience of being a kid by watching movies, playing video games, or visiting the playroom.

Keeping Kids Safe

Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and the Wyoming Department of Health co-sponsor Safe Kids of Wyoming, a statewide program that strives to reduce the number of preventable illnesses and injuries affecting children. Parents and caregivers can also register to have their child's car safety seats inspected at no cost. To make an appointment, call (307) 633-7527.
