Tobacco-Free for Baby and Me
Tobacco-Free for Baby and Me is an individualized program with professionals who find the best way to help you quit smoking.
The program targets expectant moms and family members who need help stopping tobacco use through education and gift card incentives to pregnant smokers and tobacco users.
A woman can enroll in Tobacco-Free for Baby and Me any time during her pregnancy. She can continue in the program for up to one year after delivery.
Pregnant women enrolled in the program that quit and stay tobacco free will also receive gift cards to Target for maternity and baby items. The program is now offering Cheyenne Regional's Health and Fitness class "Fitness for Two" at no charge to program participants. "Fitness for Two" is an education and exercise class for expecting mothers.
Support, counseling and health education materials are free to participants.
